Deep garnet color. Initially closed, but opens to cinnamon, forest floor, mineral, with hints of beets and olive, herbs and a touch of leather. Rich, cartelized, dried cherry. Mouth-coating, long and memorable finish. Should age gracefully for many years. Pair with dining’s main course.
