The Cultivation

High Altitude

Grown on wind-scoured, rocky slopes where extreme temperature shifts lock in a dense, dark fruit profile and a sharp spine of acidity.

Minimal Intervention

Hand-harvested, wild-yeast fermented, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. We don’t engineer the flavor with additives or mask it with excessive new oak.

The Result

An opaque, bone-dry red with heavy dark fruit, intense tannins, and a clean, savory finish.
