Deep, dark, ruby red color. Soy, tang, citrus and finesse. Balanced, with black pepper and aromatics of clean mineral graphite and austere notes of mineral and earth. Long, long finish, round and rich. Very drinkable and pleasing now. No hurry to savor for later, just fine right now.
