2021 Estate Envoy

Deep ruby red color. Tea-like, baked apple, nutmeg-cinnamon spice are right on the top of the aroma. It opens to apple pie, blackberry and mineral. The flavors are consistent with the aromas, and add a tangy, muscular note. Barbecued lamb, beef, or even eggplant would be a special pairing.
