Red Wine
Deep garnet color. Aromas are clean and complex, with cedar, tobacco, black olive, forest floor, and classic black cherry. The taste is consistent with the aroma with nice balance; long lingering flavors of dark fruit and mouth-coating spice. This wine will pair nicely with flavorful cheeses, or almost anything grilled. Delicious now, and should age nicely for at least a decade.
